Conversation is a series of organic bodily forms. They were built solid and hollowed out, underglazed, and covered with a cold finish of wax to give the illusion of a thin layer of skin. These pieces are meant to talk about human bodies through a queer lens, forcing the viewer to become uncomfortably aware of their own bodies, similar to how a genderqueer or transgender individual may experience body dysmorphia or gender dysphoria.
