This piece depicts the serenity of just sitting and watching, and how it relates to the idea of the lamb, who is a symbol of purity and innocence. She wears a slightly dirtied dress, adding to the narrative that she’s been wandering, perhaps in a forest, and is now taking a rest. She is mainly coil built, underglazed, and fired to cone 05. Stitches were then glued around every patch of her dress. She is named after my childhood dog.
